Please study a bit more the reasons for chargebacks before saying you cant have chargebacks, there is a lot more reasons for chargebacks than "stolen cards"
Besides if you use only the verified by visa with passwords and such system, you are missing out sales since not everybody know their password etc etc
You can say that you eat chargebacks yourself, but to claim you cant have chargebacks is just wrong
