We all know it has less to do with children and more to do with the type of magical faiths they hold that differ from the acceptable majorities magical faith.
I do not recall many round ups or much of anything when assorted Catholic molestation cases broke, and that is even man on boy sex. Where as marriage to someone at age 13 although possibly wrong by todays standards, was pretty fucking accepted just two generations ago.
