I second oscommerce. Not only a great shopping cart script there are CONSTANTLY new mods being added. I havent checked in a while but im pretty sure it comes packed with a google sitemap generator (helpful for larger stores) and a google base/froogle export option that saves LOTS-O-TIME.
oh yeah and its free.
