Funny and scary at the same time... short of inventing teleportation there is always some sort of delay even with so-called "immediacy." Let's imagine she says 'stop' the first time and you didn't hear it, said 'stop' a little louder and you did hear it, and takes a second for it to register, and you acknowledge it and pull out and ask what's wrong... all that will take about 5 seconds.
I've heard legal experts argue on TV (where everything said is true right?) that rape needs to have some sort of element of force... you'd imagine that the woman would have to say 'stop' and push the guy back at the same time to make her point clear. At that point if the guy swats her arms out of the way, holds them down, and forces the sex on her it can then be argued as rape. I guess it's such a gray area that it could be discussed ad nauseam.
