While it's been discussed times before, yet another difference I have noticed in the two markets... mainstream and adult.

Adult sites will typically sell for 24x revenue. Assuming you can prove your numbers.

Mainstream buyers, even on the most lucrative sites, think they can offer 10x or less months revenue and people will sell for it.

I do not even want to get into domains.

If it were not so insulting that people make these bids and are straight faced serious, it would be pure comedy.
