Not since bulkers.net disappeared. Don't worry about spam though, it's too tough to get into now. Less and less people are doing it. It's hard to buy or develop software that'll get through filters. With all the proxies, relays, addys and software you'd have to buy to get started now I doubt you'd make your money back. We're talking tens to hundreds of thousands to start.
