Has the content been the same on the sites, has it been updated, is it years old?
Are these drops that you just re-added the old html index to minus links?
What type of "real pr" do they have? Is it all from one-two inbounds or sitewides from one domain, or is it numerous sites linking with lesser pages?
How old is the PR, what do the sites look like in archive.org? What is googles thoughts on the sites, what does "link: and site:" searches return for them?
There is too many questions to generalize what a link is worth, i have a pr3 site ranked very well that sends a minimum of $300-$400 from every link on the page, even a small text spot. Most people wouldnt buy a pr3 link for more then 15-20 max, but i wouldnt sell one for less then 400-500 off that particular site.
There is no formula, just ways to check and value it, even then, its gonna depend on the calibre of link buyers you find, maybe 30% will even ask or check the things i listed above.
