This is true.. two of the guys on this list changed their epass ids last payout period. I went thru all our high converting affiliate accounts and found 6 of these scammers. They are all using the basic same banner looking page. Another red flag is they sent 99% USA members and 95% of those members all have @yahoo.com email addresses.
