she got lippy with you? I am sure she learned her lesson very quickly
as for my 7 year old, when she even thinks of getting attitude and lip I tell her to check it at the door.
and how about this one, a commercial with a teenage kid on it gets lippy with his mom when she calls him in for dinner and he says 'mom you're ruining my life!' and my daughters says to me 'I would never treat you like that' LOLOL. I was like ok, I only wish I had a video camera on you right now so I can play this back in a few years. (alas, if she does attempt to speak like that, she will be far from getting away with it.) I think she knows who she is dealing with by now
then you have the moments like today in the grocery store when we are 'power shopping' and she says to me 'thank you for taking extremely good care of me'. WOW! that felt good!
