Say I have a Photoshop file that is, oh, 3500x4500 pixels. I want to make it the background of a webpage, but since I don't know if the surfer is using a 800x600 resolution or a 1024x768 resolution or whatever, I want it to be the background and automatically fit the screen size without scrolling or having blank space.
How would I do that?

Ya want a cheap shot way? I guess ya will need a table 100% in width. Insert the background as a flash object. Set the flash object 100% width as well. Use Div layer over the table?
However...
Uhh What ya got there sounds about as dysfunctional as a titless whore in a cat house.
