She's fine now.
But yeah, what a whoot to have your child really riding a bike on their own for the first time.

hope she is ok! yea it's a proud moment. took a year of coaxing but I told her it is easier than riding her scooter
plus we went out an tooled around on a little motorboat around the marina earlier and I let her steer in the basin and taught her how to 'steer'. it applied to the bike later that afternoon so she had a masterful day (I was more nervous about her crashing the boat than falling off the bike! )
