Nope, been doing that too

It's weird, the holes they make on the logs (I live in a log cabin) are the perfectly formed holes. I spray those and thanks to some advice from a neighbor, fill them with a natural unpainted golf tee. But there's a place above the door on my screen porch where they go in lines and have been for years. Then there are the places I can't reach. I'm sitting here watching 3 of them from my office window that is 20+ feet in the air.
I have a friend who sits out during the spring with a tennis racquet and just swats at them.
