I've read the exact same things on multiple domain forums. I've read about at least four people that have attempted to contact him with serious offers/inquiries and have either not gotten a response or completely juvenile responses that made them no longer want to do business with him. My guess is he must not be the owner and simply been told he would receive a commission should he sell it, so he's never really serious about moving it and doesn't mind berating prospective buyers with juvenile insults. I find it hard to believe that anyone seriously trying to move the domain would be stupid enough to act the way he does.
