You mean in terms of MBit a second? If so, the previous posters question about whether you mean gigabit or gigabyte is important, as is the timeframe (ie, a gigabyte a month is only something like 380bytes/sec)

MB = 1M Bytes = 8M bits
GB = 1000 MB = 8000Mb

1Mbit/sec then would take 8000 seconds to transfer 1GB.

3660 sec = 1hr
86400 sec = 1 day
2635200 sec = 1 mo (30 day)

From there, do the math
