Even if Russia is not democratic at all, Putin know what he is doing and he is doing it best regarding situation where Russia was 18 years ago. No real dmeocracy anywhere, it is just question will we be in situation to feel that on our skin. But probably, it must be like that since not all people want just to watch porn and make websites but some of them want to conquer or force others to their religion and beliefs. That's why many times "democracy" must forgotten.
