I'm not sure which exactly "Russian atrocities" you are talking about. Do you mean the USSR times, tsarist Russia before 1917, or modern Russia after 1991? Could you please be more specific because these are 3 different political systems. In a same way as Indian America before Columbus, the slave-holding America and the modern USA - all those countries are different. However I never called you a slave-holding beast because of all the atrocities your ancestors did to the black people. Right?
