The board runs like shit. I honestly think that's what it is. Anytime you post, the chance of it going through is 50/50. Not to mention these 2-3 minute shut downs that happen once every hour, or so. I think it's particularly embarrassing, seeing as how it's a WEBMASTER board that owns a hosting company.
