started doing this a while back with a php clicktracker, i won't be adding a link anywhere in the future without one.
that being said, at least ray provided a warning email, gave notice, and has a somewhat reasonable explanation for his move. maybe a little more time could be given, but he could have gone about things a lot worse ways...
