Day 1 Chest

Day 2 Arms/ Biceps

Day 3 Back

Day 4 Legs

Day 5 Triceps

Most importantly
Hit the big body parts
Chest, Legs and Back
Working these works everything.

Cardio as needed or wanted depending on goals
