advil=ibuprophen
For me, Goody's Powders works best. Loaded with caffeine too. BC Powder is also good but no caffeine.
Excedrin & Anacin are also good for me.
Ibuprofen only works better for me on inflammation and sore muscles, etc.... (too much fucking)
Now if it's a sinus headache then you will need some Tylenol Sinus (pseudo ephedrine + acetaminophen) or 2 Pseudo fed & some regular aspirin based headache meds like Goodies or Excedrin.
You will have to sign for the the PseudoEphedrine though.
