I just tried my link also...http://smashxxx.com/smash/?aff=kmare, it seems the URL is incorrect in the program. I went to the site and found the proper link code is:
http://smashxxx.com/tours/smash/?aff=kmare

Note to SmashXXX, you may want to change the link in the program.
