Come on thats a 10 year minimum sentence, no choice from judge. If it was of any real quantity, someone made one hell of a deal. That is federal pound you in the ass prison where there is no time off for good behavior etc.
umm, federal prison gives you half off for good time. 10 years = 5 years if you play nice.
