i recently read a story about a guy who had sex with another person in a public restroom, apparently someone walked in on them and reported them to the police. he was convicted of a lewd act and as such a sexual predator, he had to register as a sex offender which means he is listed on those databases. he cannot live anywhere near schools, public parks etc which means he had to move out of his neighborhood, there were only two small areas of the city near los angeles where he could live...
btw, being nude in public could get you in the same kind of trouble..
i am not saying pedos should get off, but there are some huge grey areas...
what in case of a 20 yo having consensual sex with a 17 yo... if she claimed rape to protect her name, then the older girl/guy should be sentenced to death?
