And i don`t do business with Romanians, they are simple not my core
I work easy here to expand my network with 10-15 sites a day, staff is cheap, but you have stand behind them and look over the shoulder, otherwise they Yahoo all day and download porn on torrent sites and send it to their buddies on the other side of this country.
Studios here are overrated, when you think you deal with a big manager, and have a beer with him, he will move the bill to you, when they invite you for dinner, you end up at a Mac Donalds. True fact, as soon they make more then 300$ a month, they book holidays, come back broke, and lower payout of the models.
The most smart persons here in Romania are the womans, they have the brain!!!!
