I agree ,my guess is she defensive because she knows what the fuck is going on and doesnt give care as long as they make their money.

Oh my god really, Im so sorry. I dont handle that, please forward this info to ........ and I will followup with them to make sure they got it. This is fucked up and we will handle it.
The problem is the people who are fucking this industry in the ass, aren't the stereotypical evil people. They are nice sweet people with big smiles. So people seem to forget as nice as they are, they are part of a large problem that hurts us all as a whole.
