I have never heard or seen anything that states iran wants to eliminate isreal just because it is there. They have repeatedly warned that they would not sit idly by and be attacked , just as any country would. thats a big difference. israel has repeatedly attacked its neighbours, killed innocent civilians and defied the UN over and over again.
