I did that. They are current Matrox drivers.

I've done a repair on XP.

What strikes me as odd, is....it's done it with both Real Player AND Windows Media Player. I've uninstalled both and reinstalled them. Microsoft has no answer for this either on their website.

I guess, the only thing left to do is pay them for the tech support, cause every time this happens...and, it doesn't happen every time I play a clip....I lose anything I'm working on......while it does its dump thing.

Very frustrating because I never know what video clip will trigger this intermittent event.
