1) Bloke had £1.2 million i profit in his UK company
2) Bloke move to Andora for a year and opened a company
3) New company invoiced the £1.2 million
4) Man moved back to the UK
5) £1.2 million out of the UK company legally with a panny in tax

Dont his me with a large one, the above is the brief, aint met the tax consultant for proper yet.
