I use them but was just looking around today. Tdameritrade is clearly the most expensive out there. Scottrade looks like a value and has been around for years and has offices etc so you could walk in and bitch if you had to. Insanely cheap is
www.interactivebrokers.com. I used them in 99 so they have been around but that is all i know of them.
