This will cease immediately and all outstanding dues for use of my client?s media will be paid immediately. And a failure to do so will result in more and escalating bills as well as future Legal Action. Furthermore you were not given any permission to use the media in the first place. Our current charges for use of the media pertaining to any image of XXXXX, Her Likeness, or name(s) are $10,000 a month USD.
