I've been seeing this more and more lately as well with other designers. Quality of work doing into the toilet or the time to completion is pushed back further and further.
I used to be a huge fan of
TGPFactory, but they are so concerned with their mainstream projects, they basically told every adult webmaster to go fuck themselves, and now have a huge posting on their main page apologizing for ignoring everyone for months...
Needless to say, i'll be testing out some companies this year and pushing work to them.
PunchBunny is one of those designers, but these type of comments concern me because when i'm ready to work a site, i'd like it within a week, two at the most.
