Looking for the standard adult skill set needed by a mid to sr programmer in this industry. If you are are right for the position, you already know what they are. If you have to ask, then don't bother.

This position is for one person, not a pool of workers.

I am Software Engineer and a Project Engineer. You can't bullshit me with what you know and how long it takes you to do something. If you hit me up, I will test you and you better come with outstanding references.

I will accept FT/PT/Contract. South Florida residency preferred but not required.
