Based on what? Retards would have a hard time skating, but a normal person with any brain capacity can pick it up in 5 mins.
Face it, it's a fringe sport with fringe fans. Just like cross country skiing in Norway. It's huge there, but no where else. Just because you think it is a great sport doesn't make it one.
Slow white guys that can't make it in any other sport play hockey, that's the fact. Too slow at running so they put on skates.
