In generall Google doesn't allow to promote sites that open with consoles and pop up windows.
But I see that although most of the advertisers follow the rules, there are indeed some sites listed that open a console when you close the browser. Furthermore some advertisers simply use Full Page Ads when promoting a site and then link from these FPA's to sites with consoles ( like at The Hun ). Is it allowed? Doesn't Google staff monitor that?
