I wish I could find way better lol! I have been looking for girls to start a site with for almost 3 years now and only found one and she didn't want to do any work or listen to anyone. I even have a contest where I offer the winner $100k over a year period and I still can't find any girls. I mean I have interviewed a lot but most are so far off and just don't have a clue. At least this new girl is a little older, very mature, college grad and wants to do whatever it takes to be successful. I agree she does not have GND look but that's not how I would sell her. I am not sure on that yet that's why I am getting input from all of you and it is greatly apprecited. Melissa
