How to quit my nasty habits?
I smoke cigs, drink alcohol, and smoke pot. I want to quit them all but I think that would put me into a serious tailspin. I was thinking about quitting in this order (based on what is worse).
- Cigs
- Drinking
- Pot
How would you do it? None of them really do anything for me anymore, it's more of a habit now than anything. I've heard nightmares from people that just quit everything cold turkey so I was told to ween off one at a time. Anyone ever do this?
