Don't get so high on McCain. Have you considered if he really does choose Huckabee as VP? He already said he is on the list of potential VPs. If he does, this industry will be a high priority.

This isn't going to be a priority for the new administration regardless of who wins in November. McCain has never been one to kowtow to the religious right, and I don't think he's going to....especially since he'll likely only serve one term and won't need their votes to get re-elected.
I definitely don't think harassing us is going to be a priority for a democratic administration either.
PLUS, if we win in court, which I think is likely, then that means the entire statute is overly-broad and needs to be rewritten....and that's not going to be a priority for a democrat controlled congress......AND if or when a new statute is written, in order to not be overly broad, it will likely have to be limited to commercial producers AND primary producers....which will take the burden off of most of us  |
