Well i dont know about the laws in usa. But kidnapping plus severe assault,,, multiple times on a "kidnapped" victim, and victim gets eyesight/hearing troubles afterword... "kidnapped and beaten unconscious, maybe get problems for life eye/hearing etc..." With a mean prosecutor they could get life for this..

But in reality it wasnt THAT bad as to get sentenced to life... cause it wasnt really kidnapping... it was a beating... 3 years should be enough and some big cash to the girl that got beaten.
