Hi Tempest,
Lowering the bandwidth won't affect the pricing. The 2000GB is a standard offering and factored into the backend.
The bulk of the pricing is based off the cost to acquire the hardware and the amortization schedule our business plan is based on and it comes out pretty low for the type of hardware being offered.
If you email me, I am sure I can put something together for you hardware wise and I should be able to keep it competitive as well.
For example, for $5 more than the $79 machine I have:
Intel P4 3.0Ghz, 2MB Cache w/ HyperThreading
1GB DDR2-667 RAM
160GB SATA-2 HDD
$84/month
I can add a second drive into that and get you running on RAID-1 for not much more.
If you're not feeling that and want to specify something else, contact me so I can get you customized

I'm sure I have a machine that will fit your needs. I have tons of machines available.
