As far as who would I give the ball to, Jordan of course.
All the comments about who had the better team and who would have won what without who are stupid and pointless arguments. It's a team game you make the best you can with what you have and you get judged by your accomplishments.
By my count thats:
Kobe 3, Jordan 6
And for the record I'm a big Lakers fan and a big fan of Kobe as well. Kobe is still raising his game every year and has a good chance to reach Jordans level or higher.

You are out of your mind.
First of all, Jordan didn't play with these league rules that we have now. If you put Jordan in his prime with the guard friendly no hand check rules, he would have scored 50 a night with ease. His shooting percentage was much higher and he iwas a better rebounder than Kobe. He also played in a league with less teams and less saturation.
And lets not forget that Jordan was one of the best defenders in the league at all times. He could shut down anyone who he was pitted against. He was among the league leaders in steals every year and was even a shot blocking force in his younger days.
There is no comparision between these players. People say Kobe because he is the person they've seen most frequently. Catch a game of Jordan's from 91-92 year and tell me he is not the greatest player ever.
