With the ball in hands and assuming they won't be passing it, I will say that Kobe is close to Jordan.
However if you look at overall ability on offense and DEFENSE, it is Jordan who comes out way ahead. Jordan is one of the greatest defenders of all time. Kobe does not play defense, so don't be saying that Kobe is better all around.
