oh without a doubt ... then again the cows down here has like an acre each to stroll around on and get beefy the healthy way.
though I must say when I was in Uruguay I had the hardest of times finding good meat ... only in Punta del Este could I finally find a fillet.
in Montevideo I couldn't get one to save my life, all places except one said they were out ... the last one said they had it then served me some other crap that I could barely chew.
I took a guess that all good meat was being exported or sold in the richer parts of the country but maybe I just hit it at a bad season?
