Native south americans are a very small chunk of the population in most major cites down here and I have never heard of them being much of an issue. But obviously they are worse in your mind then the rest of us down here who also suck??

actually I've seen them cause quite a mess ... only in Paraguay though.
traveling up the east coast I always found the natives to be a very interesting people it's just here they're all fucked up and causing issues.
err ... maybe it's not as much them as the government taking their land and leaving them nothing but anyway
