Although your stance is completely correct, what good does is really do to yell at an affiliate rep? If I were her instead of saying just "I'm the wrong person" I would say "I'm the wrong person to yell at, please direct your important yelling at this person.. someone who can actually deal with the issue".

I'm not too sure about the yellin..I didn't get the aggressive vibe while reading it...And yes, that's exactly what she should have done, direct him to the right place...My 2 cents
