Your conversation is akin to yelling at the McDonalds cashier because you found a finger in your hamburger.
Although your stance is completely correct, what good does is really do to yell at an affiliate rep? If I were her instead of saying just "I'm the wrong person" I would say "I'm the wrong person to yell at, please direct your important yelling at this person.. someone who can actually deal with the issue".
