Yes YouTube and any other networking site should be held responsible for what's on their site and how it effects kids. If they can't control what's on their site the answer is simple, take it down. The world can live without networking sites and children beating up children to put the video on YouTube is not a price I'm willing to pay for "freedom".
Strange kind of freedom where parents are scared of what can happen to their child because of others exercising their freedom.

Why don't we just start lining up for the gas showers right now? Geez man. By your logic we should also do away with bars, music, television, movies, etc. Sure parents can't be held responsible for everything their kids do but its pretty easy to see kids that have parents who just don't give a shit and never cared enough to raise decent human beings. No laws made by anyone will change that.
