She may get a lot more than that. Depends on how big the balls are of the State Attorney.
they can nail her on kidnapping, as she would not allow the girl to leave. She tried at least 2 times to get out the door. Battery for sure, and depending on the extent of injury, agg battery.
And because she kept starting and stopping hitting the girl, it could be multiple counts of battery. I asw at least 6 counts.
I did not have to volume up, but if the girl said anything like I will kill you, or break body parts of made any verbal threats, that is agg assault, as the victim was in fear that it could actually happen, especially cornered in the house, and 4 or 5 other girls watching.
