I heard the year before last that Telus had some un-fricken believable speeds in Alberta ... 400mgs up and down or something close as well as all HDTV phone and internet through one line .. they have been in R&D in the Vancouver lower mainland with 100 or so clients .. No idea about bandwidth caps .. but I was very interested in the speeds ..personally i hate Shaw..which i think is Rogers ..
