I continued on another couple miles and when i finally went to make a right onto a road i was needing to turn at .. the bike wobbled all over i brought it to a stop and checked out what had happened .. it actually pancaked the rim and blew off the lowers .. the tire stayed in an inflated size because of rotating inertia .. pretty cool .. and ICBC the local insurance company even covered all repairs after an argument as to who's fault it was by me arguing that if the owner of the chair had stayed it would have been their fault.. and in the same vein ..if another driver had got the owners license plate they still would have been at fault . and that just because I nor anyone else had the owners ID it wasn't my fault .. I won the file ..
