That's from a Bourbon Street club's "homemade Bikini Contest", a weekly event that gets 5-8 gals onstage for cash prizes. They get wild and crazy! Best part that I like is that it's about half'nhalf strippers and tourist gals that didn't quite know what they were getting into.
